Cr80 carb on my blaster?

Hey guys, I am in the middle of rebuilding my blaster motor. I happen to have a 28mm carb off an 96 cr80 I had. Would I be able to swap the 80 carb on my blaster? I believe it is 28mm and my blaster has 26. Would I notice a difference over the stock carb? The motor is 1mm overbore boysen reeds fmf pipe ported and high compression head. Thanks for any advice

The FMF pipe would perform better maybe with the stock 26mm carb as it is a low/mid pipe.

If you did fit the CR80 carb you may need to do extensive changes to the jets, emulsion tube and jet needle.
