cr125 YESS!!!!!

Okay, hopefully my post stands out because I dont see very many experienced posts here. 1.Stay away from the CR125 unless you are buying 05+ The 2001 Cr125 was known for being one of the slowest 125's. The 2001 CR250 is known for being the fastest, best 250 for a few years. 05+ YZ and CR are almost the exact same, Honda just barely lost to Yamaha that year, it was damn close. The 04- YZ's were 5 speeds. Yamaha's Handling was drastically improved in 06. People who say I would buy a Kawasaki but not a Suzuki? WTF!? Starting in 02 or 03 and ending somewhere around 07 Kawasaki and Suzuki Were partners, their bikes were the EXACT same, You could take a crank out of a RMZ250 and stick it in a KX250F of the same year.

Fast bikes gives the rappy 700 a good run my yz would be in front by a couple of lengths then my friend would barley pass me just because he could go like a couple more mph than mine change sprokets for top end and I would have him all the way... go with the boys in blue the yz's kick ass never a big fan of Honda but wat ever you get youl like it

dam they must be really fast, its definately alot cheaper than getting a new 450 quad. in my area you can find some nice cr's for around 1200-1400. and yfzs go for 3000-5000 used.

it depends what bike i find, but its a yz, or a cr nothing else. Ive never had experience with Suzuki but Ive never heard any good things about them either.

Actually from what ive heard the 96 and 97 cr 125s were fastest ever and strongest ,the 01 is absolute junk,i dont like suzuki but if travis pastrana rides suzuki with all the races hes won then there must be something good, ricky carmichael with honda, imo they have to work good for those riders

Even thou travis pastrana rides suzuki lets be honest what part of that bike would be stock?. I have seen a few of his bikes in person and every part apart from the frame was aftermarket. So it will not be suzuki reliability which is a good thing. I had 2 brand new suzuki's in the space of 2-3 months and they both went bang - but they was riden hard :D

I do not care what anyone says Ktm SX 125 is by far the best 125 out there all though they cost abit more than other 125's you get what you pay for.

they had a harder hitting band, the newer bikes were tuned with heavier flywheels and what not to have more manageable power.

the 125SX has a TON of power for a 125, but they have the sh*ttiest handling to make up for it due to the fact that until now KTM hasnt been using a rear link and they never really got it figured out. THAT is why you dont see a ton of KTM's on the track.
