wow that is excessive smoke! I didn't imagine it would be that bad.
I've never had a crank seal go bad on me, so ron and freek may be right on the money. It was good to check the jet though, 240 should be fine.
Out of curiosity, do you pre-mix or still use the oil pump? You might have said earlier but I'm too lazy to go back to the begining of the thread and look
