ok so i have tons of money ready to spend butttt................ my dad says i cant spend it on my blaster! its like $400........ i wanted to buy some works but he said no, then a-arms and he said no........... he says "i have to save it for college"......... hes probabaly right but it is my money! when someone gives u money u should be able to spend it the way u want! i could go throw it in a pond if i wanted to! its my money! so anyways ive tried being nicer,more polite, and help out a-lot more in hopes of my dad saying ohhh what the heck go buy those parts! so how did or do you get your parents to let u spend ur money the way u want to?

yeah man, a arms is kinda overkill, just spend 40 on a shee axel and 5 bux on shorter valve stems or 90 degree angle ones and flip the fronts, that whati'm doin.

just buy the parts and when they show up say they are from ebay and cant be returned i do it all the time... they will get over it eventully..

but ask yourself, do you really need them for the ridin you do? theonly case you might need them is if you were gonna race pretty hardcore.

they're stubborn! they're not over protective though..... only when it comes to money! now if i wanted to go buy a 2000 dolllar golden football my dad wouldn't care (he loves sports!)

as far as i'm concerned there is no better upgrade to a blaster than a set of works front shocks, makes it a completely different bike, and safer to boot, you can go over rough sh*t way faster without losing control, and they absord better so the bars dont get ripped outta your hands and cause a crash, so tell them it's a safety issue, that your a way better rider and need to upgrade the bike to keep up with your riding abilities and the added speed that uni filter added, hahaha, or sh*ts gonna get dangerous and cause hospital bills, and it's way cheaper than moving up to a 450,
plus you can pick up a set of used ones for around $150 - $175 on ebay, and can always resale them for that when the time comes
