CONFUSED!! extra wire!

hey i bought a new engine and it has 5 wires coming out of it amd my old engine ony had 4! what do i do? or what is it?? thanks for any help on this

If it is green, put it to ground.

Yeah the 03+ have a extra wire... don't remember what it goes to.

any place on the frame that you can bolt it to. Don't drill any new new holes in frame. Make sure you sand the paint off the area and use some grease so you have good contact.

Yep, diff wiring for "03 and up. Go with what PittBoss said, he would know.

You could also splice it into any other ground wire if you are handy with a soldering iron. Don't use crimp connectors if you can help it.

I eliinated my wireing harness and kept only what i needed for wires to run and kill but was wondering what exactly the four wires coming out of the engine actually were for 1)white red stripe 2)solid black 3)black red strip 4) yellow red strip and do i need to keep the cdi box theres a video on you tube where a guy has a blaster engine running outside on the ground with the exhaust and he just used like two wires out of those four to run did he keep just the power and ground????
