I 'm gettin my cylinder bored and while its out for that i was gonna clean up the head , what should i use to get the black off the dome? wire brush? brillo pad? ne advice?

pressure washer or take it to sunoco and thell clean it, if the mechanic there is nice

Put castrol super clean in a spray bottle, spray the head, then scrub it with a strong scrub brush, then spray it off. repeat until its clean enough

little gas or kerosene and some steel wool.

All good suggestions^^^^^. An actual steel wire brush might scratch the aluminum. Personally, I like green scotchbrite pads.
