P Paulie B New Member Jan 17, 2008 3,412 58 0 SOMD Dec 31, 2011 #5 Tighten the bolts till they stop then 1/8th turn. Don't overtighten them they strip easy. The spring will stop them from backing out.

One of the most important tools you should have, second to a leak down tester. Most important if you are doing engine rebuilds, bolts need to be set at the correct tension to avoid stretching and stripping.
