hi so i took my engine out quad yesterday and decided to take clutch cover off! looks not too bad considering where its been. only thing i want to ask is the push rod is there ment to be 2 ball bearings in with it one at each end? if not does ball bearing go in first or push rod as my push rod was in first then ball bearing. also i couldn't get the sump bolt out so i had to drain it awkward way of taking clutch cover off and ending up going everywhere ha ha

thanks

1 ball, ball goes in hole first, then rod.

ah maybe thats why my clutch won't engage. guy must of put it last as the beall bearing came out first then the rod. that will be why it was so hard to pull as well. but iv just checked over clutch and the basket is grooved there slight wear but nothing to stop anything working. looks fairly new basket though! but should be up in running shortly as piston just left the states 2 days ago :D

one does not simpaly say wrong.... lol ummmm 2 rods? when i took mine appart, i only had the ball which never came out on me, and the rod with the nut to adjust
! WRONG HAAAAAAA! you have never completely disassembled a bottom end then young grasshopper!
