I was riding my blaster and the clutch cover busted, so i welded it and it busted again. Why is it busting? i understand why it busted the second time, because the heat weakend the cheap pot metal but is the kick starter or cluth causing problems?

The kick starter can snap back up and smack the case when you are kicking it over. I believe this happens when you don't have the lever in the right position but I've never had it happen to me. Take the kicker arm off and set it back about 3-5 teeth and see if it still hits. Thats all I can think of.
Yep my old Blasty had a chip but it was from the previous owner. Don't know how it happened though. Where is it breaking?
That metal is aluminum for one, and we need more info on where it is breaking at.
