Cleaned up the car replaced exhaust and it runs like crap

So I took out the carb today cleaned the jets and loosened everything up a but then put it back the exact same way also replaced the exhaust with a second hand stock decent one and now it starts fine but gets bogged down if i accelerate i can build the revs up if i stab the throttle repeatedly but it cannot be driven, any ideas what could have happened?

hmm it sounds like the carb didn't get put back to gather right. I'd check that over and make sure all the jets are in the right place.

you could have put the jets in the wrong place. or did you mess with the fuel/air screw?

If it idles then it must be main jet that's clogged or off. Did you replace with a stock exhaust or after market??

maybe the exhaust you put on is plugged, try running it without it on, (not for to long) or put the old one back on
