I got the new choke unit Sat. for the stock carb. I had completely rebuilt the carb earlier . Even with the new parts the carb was hard to start , and too rich . The new choke fits tight and stays where you set it. It must have been leaking too past the o-ring because the carb is now crisp and the plug looks good. I will still have to wait for final set -up since the motor is not broken in yet. :D

I think im going to now spread out these motor projects. I have not done anything to the motor that in it now, except fix the clutch and carb.It came built from what I am told. I have another motor that I will putting more work and parts into . The DMC pipe , 2 stage carbon Boysen reeds ,Moose reed spacer, Keihin carb, port work , head work , better clutch parts, new f& r gearing, and twist throttle will all be in the new plans.
