Just finished rebuilding my brothers blaster. Top end only as the bottom end looked perfect. No play or damage anywhere. After doing heatcycles i test rode it and noticed a good bit of vibration that seems to be coming from the top of the motor. I checked counterbalancer gears to make sure the little o,s were lined up. Checked all mounts, oil level is good. Everything seems to check out so far. I installed a ken oconer rechambered head and removed the rubber pieces. Could this be it

could be the missing rubbers, throw them back on and see if it makes a difference ?

sit on a yz125 and rev it.
sit on a yz250 and rev it.
there is going to be a lil bit more vibration then before
cuz you added compression.
i never notice a difference in vibration riding but maybe sitting still:)

I dont think i have anything to worry about.i think im just not used to the extra power and compression. Rode it alittle more and this thing is a beast. Pulls up when i shift to 4rth!!! Holy crap! And im not even revving it hard yet.

i would use the rubbers......
and you added hp and compression with the kor head
sooooo get some comfy handlebar grips.
i have rode a cr500 talk about vibration lol:eek:
you need a good pair of boots to even start a 500 hundred or 250 in some cases:)
when i would start my yz250 with sneakers on it was a bit unpleasant on my ankleo_O
