i was wondering what is the most coast saving way to a better all around yamaha blaster i have seen the duncun racing set up online for $1299 witch is the big bore 240cc is that the way to go or is there other ways to get more power.? i just bought a 04 blaster an i no im probly gunna have to put a few bucks in to it so i was wonting some ideas and advice to save cash

how big are the banshee carb's i two of those left over from my banshee what would i have to do to make that work?
Cheapest way- Find a nice big hill, ride to the top put in neutral and hang on!
Better way- Get a pipe, stroker, carb, port it, advance the timing, and bump up the compression, and run race gas. That all can be done for less then 800 depending were you buy the parts ( new or used ) and if who does the port work. Then you will have a very quick blaster, and you still have room to grow when you have more cash.
