id like my blaster to sit wider and lower.. i got the wider and longer part taken care of.. now the lowering part.. front?? anyone ever cut the upper shock mounts off and moved them to the side of the frame in front instead of right below it?? looks like could get about 1-2 inch lower out of that.... what about rear?????

didnt somebody on here put some suzuki (not sure the model)shocks on theirs and it lowered it noticably? I cant remember who. look in the cheap shocks sticky. I think I ran across it in there.

edit: found it it was this guy and hes got a pic of his in the avatar on page 5

ive suzuki 250 shocks all around they fit pretty easy with sum washers its also bout 5 in lower all around but i stiffend the shocks up and its fine looks pretty sweet to

idk about cutting them, would rather heat them up with a torch to lower it befor ei would cut them.. id like it to sit 2-4 inches lower all around, but yet not smash the frame into the ground when i do jump which isnt very offen

buy some stock shocks there cheap, like 75 for the whole set, and heat one set to make it how you want it and keep the other just incase you wanna go back

looked into the crj kit.. seems like a good way to go.. and think gonna try there stud style spacers claim to be super strong... hmm lowering kit, spacers, and extended swinger.. would make for a nasty looking blaster

PLEASE DO NOT use those type of spacers, they are bad news, they put too much pressure on the studs

ya know.... i was saying that in another thread about wheel spacers... i was gonna try the crj ones due to people on ther sit claiming to mx race with them, and not have had any probs.. personnally i think i will feel safer with the block style''automotive looking ones' due to them dispursing the weight and pressure evenly over the hub
