I spoke with Ken today and he said I needed a new chain , rear sprocket and chain rollers. Can I get away with that stuff from eBay or is it garbage and will break? They have the whole set up for like 50 but don't want to order it if it's no good.
after breaking multiple ebay $30 chains, one of the red o-ring ebay chains only made it about a 1/4 mile before snapping
these have been going good for 2 seasons, spend the money once and get good chit !
I run the WPS Chain and JT sprockets that Awk reccomends also. He told me about them last year, and they are holding up well. Minimal streching and having to adjust it involved. Good product for a good price.
I haven't got my blaster fully assembled yet and haven't used them before so I can't say how good but I found Primary Drive chain and sprocket kits cheap on rockymountainatvmc.com https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/t/959/Chain-and-Sprocket-Kits
The kit comes with factory size chain and sprockets only. I went up a size on my front and figured I'll need a longer chain so I just ordered them all separate and it was about $5 more that way. They also didn't give the option on different chain lengths so I just ordered a yfz chain which has 4 more links.
