Everyone knows that the CFM air-box has a crap mounting system. So here is how I mounted mine. Files included. You will need to install 1 gusset in the rear of the frame.
Gusset kit file:

Gusset in the top left is needed.
You will need to make 2 spacers.
File for the spacers.

You will need to grind the nut flat on this bracket so the short spacer can go flat on there. Using mount uses the stock mounting hole in the side of the CFM air-box.
Bigger spacer has a step in it. It fits into the biggest hole in the gusset.
You will need a silicone reducer that fits your carb. Mine is 3-Ply 1.5"-2.5" Black Silicone Straight Reducer. Don't forget to use hose clamps. I still need to get mine.
This is what the spacer in the gusset looks like. You will need to drill a new hole in the CFM air-box when you hold the air-box level. Just put a nice button head bolt in the empty hole in the air-box.
Here it is all mounted.
Hope this helps others.
