Carfax for ATV's? Does it exist?

So is there any service I can use to search a vin in all 50 states? Something like carfax? My BMV cannot find record of the blaster I just got. If I can't track it down and find the title holder, I'm screwed. If not, is there any way I can do a Country-wide lien search using this vin? I have been told it is either registered out of state or maybe it's tie up with a bank/credit union.

I have checked the nicb.org site and it doesn't show anything on it.
