Hello everyone,

New member here and just want to say thanks in advance for saving me some time.

I got an 04' Blaster that is completely stock, no mods. Latelty, whenever I go for a ride and come back the carburator is covered with dirt and underneath is covered with dirt. The carburator does not leak when shut off only when running and I don't know from where? all bolts on float bowl are tight and there is a gasket there. I think it is comming from more on the top of the carb somewhere. On the brake lever side there is a small black wire that runs into the side of the carb and I think the leak is coming from that vicinity. anyone have this problem or any pointers.

figured it out, it was a small black plastic hose that was cracked. does anyone know what that hose is for?

prolly your oli injection hose, if so good thing ya caught it, coulda leaned out your oil and seized her up, good thing yami mixes it rich, outta get rid of the injection and mix!

Yeah I know! I looked at the online microfiche thingy and found that it was connected to the oil pump and was like, wow I'm glad I found that. Where can I get a good oil injection delete kit and how much are they?

well there about 40 bux on ebay, i made my own, a little peice of metal 1" by 2" and drill 2 holes in it.
use the screws from the pump to block off the whole and dont forget rtv sealant

cut all the lines, the one going into your carb dont forget to plug it with a screw and some silicone.
remove tank and all that jazz, dont forget to drain the gas and premix

good info specialized, but i had to cut a lcouple threads off my oil pump screws, they bottomed out before they got tight, maybe a little thicker peice of aluminum would'a been better, i used street sign<<< too thin??
