Cant Acces Site?

I know there is already a thread on this but I couldn't access it.
Every a try to skip to the last page or more than 1 page ahead
I get an error. Also, when trying to access some of the threads I get the error.
This is the error like this "Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/blasterf/public_html/includes/class_core.php
Line: 3283"
And, there is also a thing on the top that says something weird as well.

be patient, it probably has to do with everything from here being migrated to the new forum layout and server.

I get it on some threads. It's just I sign of better things to come.
