Yes , it was a piston for a Hodaka 125cc those motors were a piston port motors . This piston was modded by them so you could use a reed valve too. Piston ported reed valve 125 cc 1973 vintage .

I just bought a Polaris trail boss 250 and it uses piston ports. I think it's pretty cool technology.
