Can someone point me in the right direction

I used to search function to try to find a guide on how to install a new idle screw for the t.o.r.s. removal kit. I came up with nothing on here or on google. If someone could answer my question here that would be good also. Where on the carb do you drill to tap the new idle screw in? Mine only came with instructions for a banshee X( . So if someone could help me out great.I:I

It should be in the same place as a banshee
