i only think microsoft could fix that cause wen u get that ur xbox gets so hot that it melts some of the hardware in it
i have personally fixed an xbox with my buddy, also the ps3 yellow light of death, just youtube it, there are instructional videos, its more of a temp fix though

Ive used the towel trick to reflow it, and Ive taken em apart, used a heat gun, and reflowed it that way.
The heatgun trick worked longer, but it still RRODd again.

For the XBOX I took it apart and rewired it to cook itself for a minute, after replacing the thermal paste under the heat syncs, for the ps3 I took it apart replaced the thermal paste, heated the mother board up with a heat gun and put it all back together
