BUDGET UPPER RE-BUILD

Hey all, new member here with 2003 blaster that needs some tlc.. I am on a tight budget doing lots of little things, basically whole rebuild all over. With that said, looking to rebuild top end, my brother is an expert on Honda thumpers ( nasty ass 86 xr650r daily driver ) but need advice for little blaster... Is this kit any good, or any suggestions happily taken, ON A BUDGET, I have wife and kids and doing this under radar cause it's about to be trail riding season!!

I know it looks enticing, but those $99 -$160 kits are complete sh*t.
Don't waste your time...
You will be very disappointed!

The cylinder quality is the problem.
What is wrong with the engine to make you think you need a top end rebuild? Have you done work to this engine before?
