I think they have some kind of loctite from factory, and should on reassembly. You will need to heat them, maybe smack them with hammer, then use a sharp cold chisel. Start by making a notch with chisel in side of bolt head, then use it at angle in this notch to drive it in the correct direction. Be sure the bolt is warm/hot to melt the loctite. Once you get it loose use plyers, vice grips, channel locks.

ditto, couldnt have said it better!

This is a Perfect time to praise the benefits of PB Blaster Penetrating oil and Coca-Cola .
ANY time you plan on taking apart the chassis or drive/brake components you got to understand that they are gonna be virgin tight . Add loctite to the mix and its even worse . These steps will HELP and should be done anytime you tackle these tear downs .
1. Clean/degrease the parts you are working on .
2. If you suspect the part may be Loc-Tite(d) then apply heat from a propane or mapp gas torch , but be carefull !!!! heat evenly and don't get it cherry red , just put it through a few heat cycles to break down the loc tite.
3. Soak the Bastard with Coca-Cola , the stuff is acidic as hell and works wonders , drench the fasteners several times and let it sit a few hours .
4. degrease the coke off and then soak it overnight with PB Blaster penetrating lubricant .
Then start taking things apart . odds are you will have a much easier time taking it apart , and don't forget that a few smacks with a hammer can help losen fasteners that may be in a bind like rotor or sprocket bolts because they are always being torqued on due to acceleration and hard braking

haha, I got so pissed off and hit the dead end over and over, getting my brake disc off the brake rotor I just quit. I was doing the Banshee Axle swap and the swap called for the Banshee brake hub as well, for a 2002 and older, without the new brake hub. Well, just for the record, and as most disagree with around here, you do NOT have to run the Shee brake hub, as said could not get my disc off my blaster brake hub so just made it work with the shee axle, which is MORE than do-able, tested!!!! I:I

Since I got my used 02' I always make sure I spray some pb (or wd40 if you don't have pb blaster, but I recommend it). God knows if the previous owner ever touched it. so I play it safe and spray some pb let sit for a few minutes, wipe excess, hit it with some heat, and have a breaker bar handy :) I do this for any bolt that looks like it will give me the same issue you have.
