Brake Light doesnt work.

Alright well, my brake light doesnt light up when i apply either the parking or back brake. But, it does come on when the front lights are turned on. Any help on how to get the back light to light up when im braking?

could easily be a connection issue in the wiring near the tail light

What year is your quad. May not have brake lights, just tail light.
88-01 had tail light only, 02+ had brake and tail lights.

Thanks cole! I have a 2001 and didnt know that they didnt have a brake light

I wouldent know I dont use brakes ha ha. Yea I concur what they said the older ones dont.

If you're racing you don't want the guy behind you to know when you're braking anyways!! I guess if you're riding with friends it could be a good thing though, haha. Just make sure whoever is behind you knows what they're doing....when the tires lock up, that means you're on the brakes!!
