I'm not stating a rule, just an opinion. I think the entry should be owned at time of post and pics should be current.
That's up to you if you want to enter. Your not breaking any rules. The rules are very limited . I could post a pic of a custom Blaster that's not even mine and it would not be breaking the rules. I think the rules should be updated to keep things fair.
I'll vote for you if you enter just a frame. Make sure to just take a picture of the frame. That would be hilarious.
I agree with the rules.IMO, I'd say you must own it, it must be running, there should be a 6 month wait period after winning before entering again, and you should be allowed the ten pic limit of a post, not four.
