Today I discovered as i were messing with my blaster it were running like crap like when ever i let off the gas or the choke pop in it would bog out... and as a result i checked my carb and it had a #280 Main Jet from my new carb rebuild kit and my old one were actually a #360 main jet... Should my blaster with these mods have a #360... And for any one else use this as a tip to why your blaster may be bogging out even though it runs. Change your Main jet by ordering a Main Jet Kit... And Could that possibly blow my motor...

Well I have:

.010 Wiseco Piston n Bore
Boysen Reeds
Uni Air Filter w/ No lid
Oil Injection Delete w/ 32:1 Mix Ratio

If there is an oil leak there is an air leak too , Which will cause a lean condition and Fries top ends , You always want to make sure your gaskets seals and Cases are Air tight , Any kind of leak Will cause Carb tuning problems and Worse when not Found .

What mods do you think could possibly add up to where i can use a #360 main jet would that be like a full different exhuast etc. Let me know

Sounds like you need to buy some jets , Not sure why you want to use the 360 , Thats huge , Max Main jet size I would Recommend would be like 310 .

We're going to need some specifics... What carb are you running? Is it the stock Mikuni VM26,or one of many after market carbs from Keihin? Keihin and Mikuni use different main jet numbering systems.
If your running a bone stock blaster, with a bone stock carb, the stock carb will have a #230 main jet. I can't see how your running a #360 main jet with your blaster, unless it has some huge air leak some where, and all that extra fuel is acting like a "band aid" and covering up a lean condition.
My personal blaster has all the porting,re-chambered high compression "Hemi" head, matched ports, etc, and I'm at a #350 main, and thats at 4,400 feet in altitude.
You didn't mention having an after market pipe. Dou you have one?
What does your plug look like?

We need more info before we can help you.

your main jet size has nothing to do with the pilot and choke circut at idle.

a transmission can leak oil without an actual airleak into the cylinder.

all rebuild kits should come with the stock 230 main jet, at least the 10 or so i've done have all had a 230 main.

with your mods..uni filter/open airbox/stock pipe you shouldn't be over a 260 main max.

that engine will require a proper leakdown test before ever starting it again.

even if you get a pipe and reeds and you already have air lid off and premix your not at 360 that is huge
