blown piston

Well i got a call from my mechanic today and i ended up blowing my piston apart bigger than sh*t. Luckily nothing was wrong with the cylinder wall (oddly enough) and he said he couldn't find any pieces in my motor so it must have blown out of the exhaust. we're ordering a new piston and rejetting the whole thing and hopefully it'll run like a champ. and then start working on the +4 swing arm

Hell ya it is... My buddy and I think i bought it in bad shape and I just made it worse....

(i forgot the "n" on the title, should be "blown" piston)

that pice is pretty big, he couldnt find the piece? did he fish it out of the header because its probably still in there jammed.

No he couldn't find it he had the entire motor apart

the compression was terrible, you could easily push the kick started down with your hand.

not to hyjack your thread but my friends pistion you can move around in the cilender a lil bit but has great compression will the same thing happend

Good luck on the rebuild, and just to let you know I've had worse. I bought a blaster, and half the piston was gone and in the motor.
