what do you mean help?? not rly much we can do.. you're gonna have to rebuild it. i suggest blocking the oil injector off and premixing, not just get a new injector.
get that thing apart and get the piece of broken skirt out of there, it can wedge between the crank and case and punch a hole in it or crackit.

let us know what all is damaged... we have everything you might need in stock... and nobody will beat our price on a completet rebuild kit.
ya it just be the "oil injector" but in the end if thats what called the failure why would you leave it in. sack up spend the extra $30.00 and buy a block off kit. then it will never happen again.
agreed, you want to block it off if it's already failed you.

did you find any chunks of metal in the rod bearing or crank bearings? this same thing happened to me and i found bits of metal everywhere. also i found that a chunk of the piston had slammed my case and punched a hole into the ignition side case half! turning into a long rebuild....

Yo dude same thing happened to me. Did u ever take off the oil injection tube froom the oil tank cause thats what i did and now i gotta rebuild the bottom end which is gonna cost me about 425.00 for just parts alone!!!! Now i cant ride so i painted my frame metalillc red and a arms, swingarm, grab bar, new skid plates!!!! black and bumper silver yo its gonna be nasty lookin when i get it workin again! Send me a pm if you guys have any suggestions for me like how and where to buy cheap rebuild parts like a piston or crankshaft assembly cause i do not have the kind of monay its gonna take to rebuild this thing. Thanks yall
agree on the block off, you dont want to put that off. Even factory warrenty wont cover that part for more then thirty days. also with it taking a chunk out of the piston you will want to pull the engine completly apart and check your crank, for scarring bad bearings things like that. also make sure you clean out all of the crap through out the whole engine. also a good ideah bofore you run the bike after a rebuild do a leak down test.
