my blaster is blogging and not accelerating thru the gears. changed the plug so it fires up better now. piston and crank has been replaced when i bought it. note the header pipe is cracked at the base. the bike is going to be worked and new parts. just want to have the blogging fixed so i know the bike right rebuilt.

It is lean. You need to leak test it and fix the leak in the pipe. Do not ride it like that or you will be doing anther rebuild. What mods have you done and what is your jetting?

jetting unknown filter to carb came with a fmf core2 pipe mated to stock header pipe

Firstly fix the header leak and if it does not improve do the following and a plug chop.

Typical symptom of a air leak. Sort the exhaust leak, then do a motor leak test.
Look around the reed block and the crank seals. Stator side would have a air leak, clutch side would burn tranny fluid.

not sure size on cap but if you measure your carb where it goes in the intake that will work
