^Check out the needle bearing on the right... burned / rusted / seized.


I also send the front A-arms to a ball joint specialist to recon all the ball joints. - (Interesting proses)

Then took the front brakes apart for clean-up and got the bearings and seals out also for replacement.

All the Bearings and Seals..

Time to Order new one's !!!!

I ordered a Carbon fibre Hood on Monday..

and so it arrived today yipeeeee!!!

Finally got the bearings and seals... will be fitting them tonight and then start spraying
the drum-brake baskets or whatever you call them lol

So this past weekend I unpacked all the body parts / plastics and everything I have to see what im going to do next and to see if I short on anything.

..the box you see in the up right corner... yip that's also full of parts .

I decided to start with the plastics next and give them a goooood wash

Look how dirty the air box inside is

I will be sanding and polishing them before I put them on the frame

Im actually so decision less lol , cause I wanted to go purple on the frame due to the blaster ending up as the wife's , but then I decided to keep it for myself so I went and powdered the frame Matt Black, and I loved it so, that Im now going with a black out theme for the frame and engine , with white plastics and carbon look hood and tank. Still deciding on the rims ..

Not stock she has 3-4 k into it
HSS ported and polished tdo4 stock turbo turbo smart bov bigger top Mount intercooler full 3" cat less exhaust full coil overs energy suspension bushings Cobb v 3 access port and has been Dyno tuned it only makes 232 HP to the wheels and 250 tq but man that awd in the snow is sick I can drift around a light pole Lol thank you I've put a lot of work into it but now I wanna domy blaster that black with red green pearl

So I got the A-arms, swing arm back with recon ball joints, new rubbers and all.

time to paint them..
