Well, I guess if you get it muddy everyday, no need to wash it like a showroom quad. I wash mine after every ride. Btw, how often do you do maintenance on them 250's? On my 400, I change mine every 3-4 races or 5-6 big trail rides.

Yea not to often, bout the same time as you do with your 400 (6-7) trail rides, have not raced it yet so I dont know about that

hehe......I got those same nerf/pegs for my blaster but the blaster ones have weird heel plates not full heel guards like your raptor ones, you will love the pegs however.....................major improvement over any stock pegs........hope you have some boots though cuz they will tear the sh*t out of shoes.......looking good though, I'm inpartial to the yellow as well but interested in the build.....sick of looking at a million blastersI:I

Yea Pikled the Nerfs are just great! perfect size peg also.I have those new thor low cut boots(50/50)Model.I'm looking to the FMF Q exhaust too,but cant do any Major buck mods for a while because I have to get a new computer. But be expecting some more small mods for now.
