I hope the dad got a good deal for it. I bet that'sd be a hard one to explain to the guy working on it LMAO

I guess this is the reason it was doing that. The reason is because the flywheel needed to be moved 90deg counter clockwise, had to drill new hoses in the flywheel. Is was smoking like that because the piston was running in reverse, so it was pulling engine oil out of the crank, hense mosquito fogger.

That is common . The flywheel key shears and sometimes the timing gets so off that the motor will run backwards.
