I am new to the blaster world I bought one with a bad top end I was needing to know how much I should bore it and what would be the best piston size. And do I need to do anything else to the engine while I am at it.

Depends on the condition of the bore and what bore (if any) its on. Is it a stock bore? How bad is the cylinder wall? Are there any deep gouges/scratches in the sleeve?
A local shop should be able to tell you what over bore you will need. You don't want to go any larger then you have to.
The cylinder is not scratched up bad I will take it to the machine shop and see what they say what is the largest mm piston I can use with stock cylinder?
You only want to bore to the next size that cleans up the bore, not the largest you can get.
^^^^^^^^^^. What he said. Going bigger then what you need is a waste of cylinder like and will not give you any noticeable power increase.
Cool thanks for all the help maybe there's enuff left to bore. If not do yall recommend resleeve or new cylinder?
If there is nothing wrong with the cylinder -REsleeve may be cheaper then ya start with 72mm bore again!
Ok I took my cylinder and had it checked and the guy said that it could not be bored so I asked him about resleeving it and he said he could not do it I think he just did not want to do it so now I need to know what sleeve do y'all recommend, and does a sleeve just press in? Sorry for all the questions
