Blaster rebuild

You can quote someone using the button all the way to the right and then copy and pasting the sentence you want to quote in the middle
It will look like this (quote)(/quote) then you have to put the thing you want to quote in the middle hope this helps.

This will show you how to leak test and how to build a leak tester.

If you disasemble ANYTHING on the engine (not card :p) You should leak test. Whether you only took of the head, or removed the cylinder, you should always leak test. Its an easy way to know your engine is safer...

just a tip, next time scrub scrub scrub the dirt and grime off the engine before opening it up, it will save you alot of headaches. also clean that cylinder gasket surface with a scotch bright pad and wipe it with alcohol before assembling, and if it were me, i'd clean the studs up too.

When I redid the top end I cleaned it with a scotch bright pad and wiped it off with gas but I didn't clean the studs

Keeps my filter dry, but dust is another thing. My seat fits real tight around it. I usually clean after every right maybe 2

Scrap piece of metal started rounding it by hand until it fit under the seat. Made 2 cuts on each side to bend flaps to mount it in factory air box holes
