i have some black stuff coming from the head where the pipe meets it and im not sure if its normal or not. im not sure if its greese or oil but the piece that holds the stock pipe on is black and sometimes when i ride i have little black dots on my ankle where it came out on me. but it wasnt alot just a couple dots.
i replaced the gasket and it still did it
im not sure what it is and is this normal

no need to worry about it, my bike does it.
i know my dads old tri-z used to do it to.

Repalce the seal between the flange and the cylinder; also add red hi temp RTV sealant around the flange. This should take care of the problem
