blaster headlight 55watt?

ive been reading around and i heard that the blaster uses a 55 watt stator and if removed the tail light and the stock headlight, could i put on an aftermarket light rated at 35 watts or even 45? im not sure that this info is true so if you know please let me know!

thanks a ton man! that saved me cuz i was gunna go with the 55 when it ended up being a 12 volt bulb with a 45/45 watt input and output lol downloaded the manual and will prob. be of good use to me in the future. thanks!
