When I go it has a whinning noise on left side sounds like near fly wheel but its ok when idleing what could this be?

He means a video. It's impossible to pinpoint noises from a very brief description. There are LOTS of moving parts which could be rubbing and making noise. A video would help to pinpoint it.
ok yeah i cant get a video im going to take the side case off and check fly wheel because we had to replace it because it was burnt out and should i grease the fly wheel up when i took the old one out it had grease but the one i put in it was dry
no grease.. i had a funny noise once and it was the gear for the counter balancer, there is a piece rivited on and it was loose.
No-that is on the clutch side.
What had grease on it? If it was coated in oil probably a bad crank seal.

i didnt mean burn out i mean i the wire that goes in there was cut some how and my bike wouldnt start but ok i have all my seals i just bought ima put in it.
