Blaster flooding

Hi all I have a 03 Blaster have it a while now and bin drive it good bit but then it started to flood it self but it will idle 100% if I try to drive it will flood and the carb will start to ice up I have tried every thing that I can think that it could be and I have still the same problem if any 1 could help it would be grate thanks

Set your float level to 20-21.5 mm. Also check to make sure the needle vave is clean and doesn't have crud in it keeping the gas flowing

I had a carb ice up on me last summer. It was after I washed the bike. I assumed that the wash was part of that problem.

as in below 32 degrees for water ?
throw a portable heater on it

does it rev fully sitting still?
it could be a tors problem=electrical?

compression test?

Will not rev out fully if hold on full Rev it will just Rev up and down put new coil in and still the same I think it could be reed s is there any way of testing this
