Blaster back fires and bogs when I give it gas

Hey guys, so I've had the problem with my blaster bogging when I give it gas. The old carb was bad so I figured I'd get a new one and replace it. So I got the new carb on, checked the reed they were good, put a new intake gasket on, I've done about everything I can think of and it still back fires and basically drives like crap, please help me out lol

Is new carb genuine Mikuni? Did you check that the jets were same size/number? Did you check float level?
Describe how you determined reeds were good? What plug are you using? Is it new?
Have you checked flywheel key? How does the spark look?
Is TORS disabled?

What did you use to seal the intake gasket ?
Torque intake bolts to proper specs ?
Then leak down tested ?
