Hey guys. I'm new to the forum here, and kind of new to the Yamaha Blaster.
Anyways, I picked up a 96 Yamaha Blaster from a guy on a local classifieds site.
It looks awesome, whoever owned this machine clearly took great care of it. People ask me if its a 2001 all the time because of the condition.
I rode it for a few days after getting it, and it works awesome. I am new to a clutch, but I got the hang of it very quickly.
Anyways, Today I went out to the garage, because it didn't come with a main switch, so I ordered and installed one.
I went to start it up, and it started moving by itself, I did indeed have the clutch in while starting it, but it still moved. I usually start it in first gear.
What do I have to do to take care of this issue? I know its obviously not related to the installation of the new main switch =P.
I think the clutch cable may need tightened. But like I said, I'm new to all this.
Thanks guys!
