Blaster 200 03+ no spark (out of ideas)

Ive bought a rebuildt engine and have done these controlls.

stator is 4 wire so the 5. wire in harness is grounded.

from cdi the black and yellow/black wire is grounded.

from cdi black/white is not grounded.

from cdi green/yellow not connected.

tors wires are shorted.

Coil has the right ohm and gives up to 30v
pickup coil has the right ohm and gives atleast 3v

i get 12v at orange wire to coil when kicking.

removed the spark plug cap and checked for spark and got a small spark sometimes when i kick.

i have 2x cdi and it is the same.

think i have coverd it all then..

anyone have any tips on what it can be ?

forgot to say that i tested the coil and it had 0.5ohm.

spark plug boot has 5000ohm

key switch is not connected

have you cleaned/checked the stator and flywheel magnets?

I'm not sure you can do this. If you have a 4 wire harness and a 5 wire stator, you can ground the 5th stator wire and it works out the same, but going the other way may be what is causing your problem.
