okay i know i want a 14t driver sprocket but what back sprocket? i want the highst speed possible ? also will it mean that it will be really slow in low end speed?

if you gear the machine too high without having the power to pull it you are going to eat clutches and its not going to get out of its own way on low end.

^^^^ yup

first you should get some power into the engine.
maybe a pipe and filter to open it up a little. then worry about top speed.

I have a 23 inch rear, and I had a 14t front and I didnt have gearing to pull it out of its own way above 3rd gear.

I switched to a 12t front which puts my gearing closer to stock, and its better.
