Nothing off road is cheap around my way. Even if it is cheap, it's only worth half the asking price if you get my point. Just seen a bare Blaster frame for $250 on CL.

Before i was married, if i seen something i wanted, i bought it. When i got married, not much changed until my son was born, i figured with just having only one kid things would stay pretty much the same. I now have 3 kids (8, 6, 3) and things changed. Money was there, but the freedom to buy stopped. Projects started taking longer or completely stopped. Quads and snowmobile sat because my free time was gone.

But i wouldnt trade the way things are now for anything, My kids rock my world!! I think that having little to no money to spend, makes you appreciate things more when the money is available. And knowing how hard it was to save it up, your least likely to blow it.

I know what you mean. But kinda the opposite here. Got married. Things were good. Had a kid, not much changed. Got divorced and that's when everything completely stopped. Lost my job and pretty much got the big shaft sideways. Everything settled down but took years to get back to stable ground. Now my kid is 10 and I spend everyday I have her together. Any project gets put on hold when she's here, even planned rides. And now I'm planning to ask my long time girlfriend to marry me this year. She knows my hobbies and is cool with it, so I have that as well.

quadzilla yuck, its still a su-sucky

I'm not a big fan of working on Suzuki's. Their motor designs kinda blow and anything simple to fix on other brands, you have to split the case to fix on a Suzuki. At least thats how the dirtbike motors are.
