Ok so last wednsday i went riding to my local track for the first time this year and i rode quite hard and fast for about 2 hours. i got home and was just exhausted but the next day came and omg i was sore! i thought it would pass becuase i have had mucsel pains like that before but the the next day came and was still just as sore. it's now tuesday and wednsday ride night is coming up tomorrow night (wiche im planning to going to) but today is the first day its starting to get better. when ever i bend down or run it hurts like a biotch! better be healed for tomorrow night cuz im Going no matter what I:I
