Would a big bore kit from Vitos have more torque than a aggressive trail port, 3mm crank, redesigned head, and a wiesco piston on a stock jug?

Would heat really be an issue?

well considering you have to report for the stroker, yeah you will have a boat load more power.
secondly it is just like any engine, if your jetting is good you will not overheat

The more power the engine makes the more excess heat there will be, unless you can get the thermal efficiency to increase. I'm pretty sure porting does that though.

Are you saying the big bore kit would or my stock jug with mods?

CRAP! I forgot to note in the original post that I was talking about BB vs stock jug with those mods.... FAIL

the big bore kit will have more .....BUT, there is a but, if you put the big bore kit on a dont port it for the stroker you WILL lose a lt of power cause the timing of when everyting happens will be way off.
if you go big bore and port it to suit your riding style and to match that stroker crank, you WILL have huge increas in both horsepower and torque

Well, what I'm asking is if I were to modify my current engine with the mods i said, if it would have torque than a stock 240 kit from Vito.

Yes, it would be better then a stock 240 kit from vito's. The vito's kit has alot of casting flaws in it and a ported & stroked stock bore will spank it throughout the entire rpm range
