Does ne know for sure how much the banshee steering stem is extended over the blasters?? Theres a guy on ebay that has 6 stems available and if you buy it now for only $13 he includes clamps. Pretty good deal if you ask me.

yea its pretty good. i know they are longer just unsure of how much. i heard somewhere that you can put them on a blaster as an extended stem. for mx racing. not positive though.

I just ordered one for 30 shipped. Got it shipped right to NITROTATE for a gloss white PC job. Still unsure of exactly how extended it really is. Ne one know???

Ok so I finally got my stem and put it on. Its almost 2 1/2" longer than stock. Its very easy to install with very minor mods. On the bottom of a blaster stem the OD above the threads is the same. On the banshee stem the OD above the threads is two differant OD's. So you have to grind down the larger OD down to the same diameter as the other. Then there is two tabs that stick out of the banshee stem, those need to be ground off as well. (they hit the frame and dont allow the stem to sit all the way down). Other than those two mods it is bolt on to the blaster. Hope this clears things up for everyone and it works great!! Would recommend to anyone. Sorry I dint get any pics but maybe later on.

how did you turn them down?
It lokks like blanshee man turned his down in a lathe and I wish i knew he could do it but I did mine with a grinder. Its not the best way to do it but if you take your time and keep it round youll be fine. But talk to blanshee man and see if hed be interested in turnig yours down. Also when I did it woth a grinder it took a long time to make it nice and its still not done with a lathe.
