Banshee or another Blaster???

Well after alot of thinking. I went against what most of you suggested and sold what banshee parts i had and picked up another blaster frame(as i have everything except) at this point financially blasters are better for us. I will have another banshee forsure just not now, the power is unmatched. Thanks for the input guys but gotta do whats best for yourself right!?

anyone? anyone.........

Ha! Bit of baiting going on here little3mil, you and me? :)
Glad you caught the sly smile in my post.

Yeah, a Banshee is a sweet rig. Everybody should own or ride one at least once in their life, for sure.
Much like a really HOT girlfriend. Nice to try out, lots of work and worry to keep!

I am a wash and wear kinda guy. I like function over form. Not much bling on my Blaster but it goes.
I'm not trying to impress anybody with it, I just want to ride the hell out of it!
(sort of like the previous analogy, too?) :)

Hey, little3mil, seeing your beautiful dragster reminds me of a story.
Years ago, a young engineer at work showed up with a brand new Kawasaki GPz750 Turbo.
He was sure it was probably the only one in the county, even the province.
He raved on how it was "probably the fastest bike around!"

I grew tired of the bragging, and one day in the middle of a Kawi rave, I announced with absolute confidence:
"My bike is faster in the quarter mile"

"You are crazy!" He responded, clearly angered, "What are you riding?"
"85 XT600 single cylinder street and trail" I deadpanned.

"You're crazy! YOU ARE CRAZY! There is no way that dirt bike can touch my GPz Turbo!"

"Well, I was talking about the quarter mile.
THE quarter-mile. The first quarter-mile out behind my place.
I figure the brook will slow you down bigtime. Let's line'em up sliderule boy!"
"You guys coming to watch?"

The moral of this is that there is always someone faster (or slower) in or out of their element.
I'm figuring I still have a good chance when we get to the brook, do ya think?

:)

Steve

yea buddy i hear ya on that but my bike was built 100% drag machine and thats probably why it was and still is the fastest blaster around north america..

also you can NEVER compare apples to oranges with anything its just not fair. im smart enough not to challenge your trail machines to a "trail race" on the drag machine as im sure you would never challenge my old dragger to a drag race on your trail snail hehe. to each his own
