banshee motor

well i am thinking about picking up this banshee, no motor but is a rolling chassis with everything else...not sure if anyone has an idea where i can get a stock motor for a decent price for it, if i cant get a decent price on a motor not going to bother with it since i am building a blaster at the moment. if u have one let me know what u want for it, thanks

local craigslist.. also look for a rz350 bike motor if you can find one!

thats where i found it, he wants 500 for the rolling chassis, tires shocks, etc all i need is the carbs and motor, but the motors i have found have been 1k+

UGH!!! I wish I had known this a week ago...I would have given you a complete stock 'Shee engine. It was blown, but was a clean 1999 model with no damage to the cases. Just got rid of all my Banshee stuff...

I'd keep an eye on CL. They're easy to rebuild and you might even be able to find a good deal on a blown engine. Ebay works, too, but shipping is gonna be expensive...

no looking for xwaps,. rebuilding it would be easy for me, yeah cl and ebay they want ur first born, prices are ridiculous, might have to pass on this one, dont really wanrt to spend a whole lot to rebuild as it would be rebuilt to resell.
