Banshee Axle questions

I know that you need the whole shee axle but my question is can you take the blaster brake rotar and rear cailper

All you need is the axle and banshee brake hub. You can use everything else stock. 03+ will work perfect. The pre 03 will work also you just have to adjust the caliper very precisely.

The blaster rotor and caliper work fine.Like said minor adjustments to the mechanical caliper.All you need is the shee axle and the shee brake hub.All other parts will interchange.

No,your blaster hubs will work no problem.Same spline size.

Ok, on the 03 up you don't need the banshee brake hub? But, 02 down you do?

Yes because the way 02 and before have the floating caliper. If not your axle can never be tight without a banshee style hub.

it doesnt take a whole lot to turn a pre 03 into a hyd. setup, can be done for under $100 easily

and the difference in breaking is nite and day.

I will convert mine to hydro eventually, but for now my 2000 works perfect with the shee axle.
